These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Glyphworks.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
Glyphworks is an independent publishing imprint operating under the creative direction of Ricoglyphics. Works offered through Glyphworks form part of the Glyphworks Living Archive.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published on this website.
2. Products
Glyphworks products are produced in the sizes, formats, finishes and framing options shown on the relevant product page.
Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to differences in screens, materials and production processes.
We may modify or discontinue products at any time, subject to fulfilling orders already accepted.
3. Orders
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including delivery details and product selections, is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or product unavailability. Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or duties will be shown or calculated where appropriate during the purchasing process.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production.
We may change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Customers purchasing eligible products online may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Further information about cancellations, returns and refunds is provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
Certain personalised or genuinely custom-made products may be exempt from the standard cancellation right where permitted by law. Where an exemption applies, this will be made clear before purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not as described, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, designs, text and imagery presented on this website are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Glyphworks, Ricoglyphics and/or the relevant rights holder.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission except where permitted by law.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Glyphworks is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed or that result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you.
