Return and Refund Policy

We hope you’re happy with your GLYPHWORKS order. If you change your mind about a purchase made through our online store, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact GLYPHWORKS using the contact details provided on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Once the returned item has been received, we will issue the applicable refund within 14 days. Where required by law, this will include the price paid for the item and the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery service are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Personalised or custom-made products

Certain personalised or genuinely custom-made products may not qualify for the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. Where this applies, it will be made clear before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Colour and print variations

Colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen due to differences between devices, displays, printing processes and materials. Minor variations of this nature do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.
